5 years for the building structure (foundation, load-bearing walls, and floors); 2 years for the roof waterproofing; 2 years for the engineering networks (electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning). The management company closely monitors everything else
What will happen to the property when the lease expires?
At the end of the lease period (27 years) the investor can extend the contract for another 30 years under the terms specified in the contract. The extension is not only preferred, but also guaranteed. There are penalties for the landowner if the extension is not renewed for any reason.
